What is important to consider when we plan to collect leads/contacts in US and store them in CRM when our company is based in EU?

Hi @JRönningen,

This depends on the evaluation of your legal team. Generally they advise not to have personal data of EU contacts processed in data centers outside of the EU. Exact legislation can be different from country to country to I'd advise to consult professional for the countries you're doing business in.

When you create a new HubSpot portal, it's possible to have this portal's data processed in the EU data center. HubSpot also has a beta from migrating from the US to the EU data center: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/settings/migrate-your-account-data-to-hubspots-eu-data-center
