We have a form currently created where members can subscribe to our emails on a form, but select which prefernces they wish to recive. We have notced we have a long list of members that have not selected a preference at all as this is not mandatory.
Without making this a yes or no answer and making it mandatory is there a way of ensuring they give us an answer before submitting the form?
The link to the form is below, any ideas please let me know!
If these are subscription checkboxes (as part of the GDPR forms consent notice block), it's not possible to make it mandatory to select at least one. You can only select each subscription checkbox individually and make each one mandatory or not.
The only way to work around that is by leveraging workflows and replacing the subscription checkboxes in your form with a multiple checkboxes property. This multiple checkboxes property would have the same options as your current subscription checkboxes.
You would then use a contact-based workflow that looks at the checkbox property value(s) and set the subscription status for the corresponding subscription type accordingly. Without workflows (in free and Starter subscriptions), this is unfortunately not possible.
Let me know if you have any follow-up questions!
