Yes, you can create meeting types by following these instructions. (This feature is limited to Sales Hub Professional or higher, unfortunately it is not available in the free version of HubSpot.)
These types reflect in the standard reports that you can find the Report library (Menu > Reports > Reports > Report library > select "Meetings" in the left sidebar). One of these reports would be "Call and meeting totals by type" for example.
