Disarmed in the email Subject

SOLVE

Hi @KDosch,

From the first look of it, it seems like you have an email policy/filter in place that removes HubSpot's tracking links and pixels. These links and pixels are added by default when you're using the extensions or sending emails from a record in HubSpot. Your policy/filter apparently detects this tracking and removes it, labeling the email as "disarmed" (not harmful) afterwards. You'd have to work with your IT to allowlist HubSpot.

This can of course also happen with emails sent to external contacts. How grave this issue is usually depends on the industry. If it's affecting your sales process, you can disable the tracking, obviously also losing the tracking capabilities then: Disable one-to-one email tracking or attachment logging

Hope this helps!
