Meet the Founders: Megnify

In entrepreneurship, the learning never stops—especially when it comes from those who’ve started from the ground up, faced the challenges head-on, and turned their ideas into thriving ventures. As part of our founder-focused community, we’re thrilled to introduce you to one of our members and give you a chance to hear about their journey, vision, and key insights.

Mission & Market Fit

Shaping missions and visions is what I do, but my go-to starting point is Lego’s mission/vision block. It’s such a clear framework for defining what your company does, who it serves, and why it matters. When you build your beliefs and values from the start, it’s much easier to live them and carry them through growth.

I knew there was a strong market fit for this because there’s always a new startup that needs help articulating the brilliant thing they’ve built. Even established companies eventually need to refresh their mission and vision.

Biggest Challenge

Taking the leap from side hustle to full-time was the hardest part, but it’s been completely worth it. Signing several new clients and watching them grow has been my proudest milestone so far.

What I Wish I Knew

Every scale-up requires new growth, and oftentimes that means being uncomfortable with some level of uncertainty for a while. It may mean swimming out to the buoy with 40% of the information. It may mean leaving the comfort of solid ground or shallow waters. But you'll never know if you don't start paddling out!

What I’ve Learned

Constantly meeting new people and hearing what they’re working on is the best way to broaden horizons. Every conversation sparks new ideas, and sharing that energy across a network keeps momentum alive.

Goals for Next Year

My focus is on helping more companies position themselves to win, especially by equipping leadership teams with proactive crisis comms strategies. You can’t predict when the worst will happen, but you can be ready. Building that resilience together not only protects organizations, it strengthens them. And that’s the part I find most exciting. If your leadership team needs help with battening down the hatches, please let me know!
