About this event

With HubSpot recently re-launching its Service Hub product we’re focussing this HUG on how the platform can support customer success for B2B tech businesses.

Topic:

Why Customer Success is the best marketing channel and how to get HubSpot to supercharge it.

Happy customers are a huge asset for any B2B tech company; they're easier to service, less likely to churn and are open to upsell opportunities. With the recent re-launch of the Service Hub part of the HubSpot CRM Platform, this HUG will focus on the opportunities for impacting customer service.

Concentrate CTO Achan Bedi will provide an overview of Service Hub and some of the keys to being successful with the product. We’d welcome any other HUG members who wish to share their own experience with Service Hub, and or want to explore any questions they have.

The HUG program helps customers connect and find a support group for topics that matter to them. It helps us solve for the community and in 2022 you will see that more than ever. Right now, it supports 150+ city-based user groups worldwide but we've ambitious plans to grow throughout 2022. This program serves to unite, educate and inspire customers with each other to help promote community-driven learning and development.
