Five entrepreneurial student groups from Howard University will be competing for prizes in the HU EMPOWER 2021 Pitch Competition!

About this Event

Over the course of the evening, we encourage you to come and support these young entrepreneurs in pitching their businesses and hearing from our impressive keynote speaker, Natalie Cofield. All of these student-run businesses will be ventures that have raised no capital to date and are technology or technology-enabled companies.

In preparation for the competition, all finalists attended 2 mentoring and 3 pitch development workshops leading up to this competition. These sessions - led by HubSpot professionals - were designed to give them tips and advice on showcasing their service.
