Welcome Email

Hello,

How do I do to send a Welcome email which is not just text? I can only see text if done from the form, and same if I try to do so with a workflow. I can't select an email from the ones I create to send Newsletters...

But I must be doing something wrong for sure...

 I found how to do it. I had to change the mail to "Automated Mail" and then select it in a Workflow.

Second question, this customizable welcome e-mails are only available for Marketing Hub Pro, right?

Si te refieres a personalizar los correos automatizados, entonce si es necesario tener Marketing Pro o Enterprise para que puedas editarlos, puedes encontrar más detalles sobre ésto aqui.
