I've tried to send a maketing e-mail to a list of contacts and even though in Hubspot says they have been sent and opened by the contacts, they haven't received any e-mail. I need a solution asap, please.
Could you check if the email was correctly delivered to these contacts? You can do so by navigating to your marketing email and finding the Recipients tab. In there, you should see an "Not sent". For contacts in here, HubSpot should display a reason why the email was not sent:
Two common reasons here are that the email has bounced or it went into the spam folder (this would not necessarily be displayed in HubSpot). There isn't an immediate solution to solve this, unfortunately. You can't resend the email with a different option and it will magically be delivered correctly.
With emails, you're building a sender reputation over time. Receiving email service providers are looking at that reputation and deciding whether an email of yours should go into spam or not. Like SEO, you'll have to work hard and make sure you're following best practices. I'd recommend reading up on email deliverability.
@natsumimori also compiled a lot of great resources here. Over time, email service providers should recognize you as a trustworthy sender. The issue could be that in the past, some recipients have already marked your emails as spam.
Best regards!
