What's the point of Hubspot if u can't sync Outlook 2010 contacts?

Hi @ex, thanks for your question. Although we don't offer a native integration with outlook contacts, there a still a lot of benefits of the tool. In HubSpot, you can store much more robust information than in outlook, as well as viewing an entire timeline of their activity. This allows you to follow individuals from prospects to customers, and to keep track of all their interest and usage of the tool - and that's just using the free sales products.
We also offer a number of tools outside the email functionality that isn't provided in Outlook. You can track deals, manage contacts and companies, as well as receive analytics on all of these activities. If you have any specific questions about how to utilize the tool, I would recommend searching the community for existing posts, and if your questions hasn't already been asked you can create a new post.
