 I use is Chatgpt ,Ideas and thoughts are mine but I ask it to rephrase and then tweak as per my requirement.I dont know if it is an efficienct way but I has worked for me.

Hi @FRaza7 there are a few options, depending on how much work you want to put in vs willingness to pay.

Grammarly has a free version that will check your basic grammar, spelling, etc. and a paid version that will suggest improvements for how it's written, including vocabulary.

Otherwise you can use chatGPT with prompts like this.

You can adjust the reading level higher or lower to compare the results. Keep in mind that while you might think a higher reading level is better, the average reading level in the U.S. is 7th-8th grade and it's best to keep your messaging clear and simple.

You can also have chatGPT rewrite for conciseness (rewrite this to be shorter), or tone (rewrite this to be more friendly), etc.

I really like this prompt, especially the 8th grader part. 

Its really important to know your list, if you have a wide variety of people on your list you need to speak to the lowest common denominator. Setting your vocabularity to an 8th grade level makes it easy to read for the vast majority of people.

Thanks @Silveraw, I've definitely found that adding the reading level is key to connecting with the audience. What I like best about it is that it also removes some of the more common words/phrases people recognize about chatGPT generated content because we've removed those words from the vocabulary (I feel like chatGPT is by default at least 12th grade reading level or higher ed).
