emails not tracked - out of the bloom

SOLVE

Goodmorning, 

this morning I was able to track my emails using the hubspot extension for chrome. However, out of the bloom I wasn't able to track my emails. The extension says that I am not logged in, and I tried logging off and logging in again but nothing changed. The thing is that all members of our team experience the same problem! What should we do?
