Segmentation has never been a focus for our company. We serve 150 small businesses across several industry verticals in the US and Canada, so the email marketing we provide to our customers has to resonate with their customers. We've never been able to integrate either, so my hope is to bring us into the 21st century.

This strategic segmentation has empowered us to deploy targeted marketing strategies, personalized communication, and streamlined integration processes, ultimately enhancing client satisfaction and fostering stronger relationships.

I have worked on creating emails for a company that is in the auto industry. Some of the segments we have are dealers, agents, region and company size. I'd like to come up with more that are even more specific because these feel slightly vague for the size of our company and the amount of people on our email lists.
