In my pervious organization, Arkey Conference Services Cell (An Event Management Comapny) 1. I Used Prospect segmatiation (Based on the Employee role & Industry Type) to Promote and increase the awarness for Corporate Trainings & Conferences.

I have created a segment based on company size and location who may have a need for a fail over internet connection at a more affordable price. My segmented emails had a click through rate of 67.6% an we scheduled 9 appointments and had one purchase in less than 2 months.

I created segments for patrons who purchased tickets to an event. In addition to having the automatic 'thank you for your purchase' email that's sent when the person buys the ticket, the buyer would receive an email a week before the event with information on parking and tips on dining, plus any updates or notes they might find useful. Also, we used the email to promote any future events or campaigns that may relate to the type of musical event the had bought tickets to - opera, orchestra, family concert, etc.

To identify potential employees for employment in the specific country, I categorized applicants based on their language proficiency of the target country, educational background, and specialization."
This allowed me to effectively reach my Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). I adjusted communication strategies, messaging frequency, and tactics to expedite processes for segments with quicker requirements, while also preventing revenue loss by employing more assertive approaches for those with longer needs, such as language proficiency.

We have an email list of about 5,000 subscribers and generally have open rates between 40 and 50%. However, we have found it challenging to use segmentation, as we do not have much information about most of our subscribers beyond their email contact information. I am hoping this course will help!
