What's the right frequency for sending emails?
In order to build trust and further engage your audience, you need to send the right information at the right time. Keeping this in mind, what's your recommendation on a successful frequency for sending marketing emails? Please elaborate as to why you recommend this in your response.
Frequency of your email depends solely on the expectations of your contact and what they signed up for .....so let's say they signed up for a monthly activities ,your emails are expected monthly and not daily
Frequency of marketing emails must be atleast minimum of 3-5 emails a week and most importantly it should contain the expectation’s of the targeted audiences.
frequency is set according to target market or segment decided by sender or can say according to expectation and satisfaction of segmented target market.
The right frequency depends entirely on expectations and permissons of the segment audience. The goal with frequency isn't trying to see how often you can get away with emails but to make each email engagement count and work the hardest for you by delivering value to the audience segment.
I frequency of emails will depend on the campaign and what you are sending. For example, if you are sending as newsletter, this may be as frequent as monthly or quarterly. If you are sending an email about a sale, you may send a few emails a week as reminders. If you are launching a new product, you may send an email maybe 2 times per week for a month to promote the product, but target each email around the benefits, features, reviews, and other topics regarding the product.
A successful frequency for sending emails would be the frequency you said you will send emails. For example, if you said you will be sending 3 emails per 2 weeks then, that should be it. It should not be any less or more of it. However, I think daily emails or emails in 2 to 3 days are too much.
The right frequency for sending emails would depend on the campaign. We could test out the frequency to see how often we should send emails to subscribers.
The right frequency for sending emails depends on your set expectations and the source of your contacts. If you set to send emeails on a weekly basis, then that's what you should do. Anything more or less can lead to negative engagement.
