Analysis starts with first accepting that perfection is not the goal. Emails might underperform, and that’s okay! When you’re doing consistent analysis, you can work toward improving and providing the most valuable experience for your contacts. Keeping this in mind, what's one email metric you'd like to improve (and why)?

I will use the overall Email Channel metrics. I'll use this metrics because it can show the overal performance of my whole email channel through a specicific dashboard.

I consider the action of 'opening' one of the most important. Because that's where it all begins. The second serious trackable action would be the clicks linked to the action (CTA) that I want.
What's one email metric you're working to improve?
I normally track Open rate, Click rate and hence try to improve these 2 parameter numbers so that there is a higher conversion rate as if there is increase in no of users clicking on the CTA then there is a higher chance of those people getting converted.

Right now I'm focussed on improving click rate, but it will also be interesting to analyze the relationship between clicks and ROI, and opens and ROI for that matter
