What's one email metric you're working to improve?
Analysis starts with first accepting that perfection is not the goal. Emails might underperform, and that’s okay! When you’re doing consistent analysis, you can work toward improving and providing the most valuable experience for your contacts. Keeping this in mind, what's one email metric you'd like to improve (and why)?

Try to identify where the contact is within the consumer's lifecycle (buyer's journey) and adjust my email accordingly. for example, if the buyer is in the consideration stage, may offering an email coupon would persuade him to follow the link and subsequently increase CTR.

Something I'd like to improve is being organized and not putting stuff in random sections. I also think that having emails targeted towards a specific theme/target (ie: general information versus company information) is important so metrics can be even more organized and allows for more interaction beyond a single click to open whatever the link is.

Can't deny on the ClickThrough Rates... But Open Rates are equally important.... However, Email Design, Call to Action plays an important roles to get sucess.

This is new to me, but one area we will work on right away is looking at which clients have timed out and who need to be removed from our contact list.
