What's one email metric you're working to improve?

When you’re doing consistent analysis, you can work toward improving and providing the most valuable experience for your contacts. Keeping this in mind, what's one email metric you'd like to improve (and why)?

Open rate and click through rate!

Open rates have become useless. (The Demise of Email Open Rates – What Now? - Blue State). Use CTR.

You should analyse the whole funnel and find the metrics that is really a blockroad during the process of deliverying the value to your customers

I would say the click through rate because that then creates the chance of conversion

The email metric that we are working on to improve is the ROI /conversions through emails.

Click through rate. We have a very high open rate, but the click through rate could be better. The click is what brings them to the "good stuff", and ultimately our end goal.

Open rates because it determines the number of contacts taking interest in opening your emails.

And CTR to derive more desired action.
