Analysis starts with first accepting that perfection is not the goal. Emails might underperform, and that’s okay! When you’re doing consistent analysis, you can work toward improving and providing the most valuable experience for your contacts. Keeping this in mind, what's one email metric you'd like to improve (and why)?

One email metric that I want to improve on is the CTR or click-through rate. By designing a good email with a compelling message and eye-catching interactive visuals, I expect my contacts to open them and increase the conversion rate.

Open rate - must have a thought-provoking subject line and strong introduction

I'm currently focusing on increasing my open rates. I've been experimenting with a few different subject lines and email content, and I'm hopeful that I'll see some positive results in the near future.
Open rates are an important metric because they show how interested people are in your emails. If you're not getting many opens, it may be a sign that your content isn't resonating with your audience or that your subject lines aren't catchy enough. Focusing on improving your open rates can help you get more out of your email marketing campaigns.
