Analysis starts with first accepting that perfection is not the goal. Emails might underperform, and that’s okay! When you’re doing consistent analysis, you can work toward improving and providing the most valuable experience for your contacts. Keeping this in mind, what's one email metric you'd like to improve (and why)?

Can't deny on the ClickThrough Rates... But Open Rates are equally important.... However, Email Design, Call to Action plays an important roles to get sucess.
This is new to me, but one area we will work on right away is looking at which clients have timed out and who need to be removed from our contact list.

Click through rate. We have a very high open rate, but the click through rate could be better. The click is what brings them to the "good stuff", and ultimately our end goal.

Open rates because it determines the number of contacts taking interest in opening your emails.
And CTR to derive more desired action.
