What does email look like through the buyer's journey?
Different content will appeal to different buyers at different stages of the buying process. For example, someone in the awareness stage of the buying process will be looking for more educational content versus someone in the decision stage who is looking for more information on making a purchase or speaking with sales.
Keeping this in mind, share what you think is a successful example of email through the buyer's journey. This can be a hypothetical or real example.

WHAT DOES THE EMAIL LOOKS LIKE IN THE BUYER'S JOURNEY?
Awareness Stage; the email at this stage focuses on educational content about a product, letting the customer or lead have the basic or prior information about a perticular product.
Consideration Stage; this part of the email, focuses on giving information to a customer information that will prompt the lead to consider or think about buying a product, giving it a rethink, persuading the lead or customer.
Delight Stage; is the stage where the customer decides to mak a purchase of the product. A relationship is built with the customer. The lead becomes a customer. The customer at this stage looks for more info about purchasing or speaking with the sales.

Aawreness Stage email should consist of content based on need based spolutions which can be obtained through implicit data. For eg. if a consumer is searching for hair care products and based on the info that the business has about the consumer , an infomercial could be sent with an interesting subject line along with a CTA button During the consideration stage an email consisting of video testimonials, based on similar customer demographics to which the reader can relate to, can be sent
Delight stage should give delight and enhnance the customer experience in a very creative way, example could be to provide a sample , prize based competition, augmentation tools to show the results after using the product etc.

In awareness stage, emails which shows the existence of the business in the market should be send, emails which give the information about the business.
In consideration stage, email to persuade that why should the customer consider the business to build a relationship.
In delight stage, emails conveying why should the customer should go with the business products and services, by providing them additional information.

When sending an email to any user we need to understand which stage of the funnel he is in - for example has he just signedup or he is signedup but not engaging with the app/web or if he is checking out the services/ product and engaging but still not purchasing. Based on which stage he is in we can customise the email content to help him understand what and why he needs to do next and what value will he gain from the action he performs.

Awareness: The buyer is attempting to pinpoint their issue or requirement at this level. Email might be utilized at this point to inform and enlighten the customer.
Consideration: After determining their problem or requirement, the buyer starts looking into various solutions. Email can be utilized at this point to offer more detailed information about your goods or services.
Email Marketing is crucial for assisting customers through each stage of their journey. At each level, you can establish trust with your audience and eventually increase sales for your company by offering pertinent and worthwhile content.

Each content will attract different buyers, that is, a person who is in the Attention process where we focus on capturing the customer's attention, it is not easy, but we must find the appropriate way so that the customer can start the purchase process. We have the customer's attention, and now we need to generate interest for them to buy our product, and that is where we offer promotions and attractive prices. Once we have captured the attention and interest of the customer, the desire process comes, and this is where our company must be clear about the customer's needs and the benefits that our product or service will give the customer if they make the purchase. Finally, we come to the purchase action when our client makes the decision to buy.
Understanding the buyer's journey can be one of the most important parts of Inbound Marketing, as it is the only way to strategically offer the right information to the specific person at the right time to convert leads and visitors into customers.
