[RESOLVED] Can't connect with Mailchimp!

I'm entering the correct login information and turned off all required forms other than email for my leadflow. What's going on? Thanks guys!!

Hello all,

 

I have received confirmation from the engineering team who were working to fix this error that the issue is now resolved. 

 

If you are still seeing this error, please disconnect and reconnect your Mailchimp integration.

 

If after having reconnected you are still experiencing a problem please send me a private message directly, confirming your HUB ID.

 

Thank you all very much for your patience - I'm on standby if any of you are still having trouble with this issue.

Using Marketing FREE.

When I walk through the steps of integrating with mail chimp, I am directed to login to mailchimp.  all works well.  then I am kicked back to the beginning with no error message and no integration with mail chimp.

I have just had this problem too - I've followed the prompts and it must have a loop happening at the back end - it asks me to login again to mailchimp without saying that the login failed or doing anything else at all. 

 

I logged into mailchimp in another browser tab to make sure I wasn't doing something with my password, but that worked straight away.

 

Hopefully an admin or someone else may be aware of a solution...!

Hello @DennisP this is still an open issue that our engineering team is working to resolve a priority. That said, I'm not able to confirm a timeline at this stage. Hey,

My Hubspot id is 3356584.

Hi all,

 

I have attached all of your account IDs to the case our engineers are investigating. They were able to identify the cause of this error and are working to fix as a high priority. Again this is not something I am able to put an ETA on, but I will keep you posted here as soon as I receive updates.

Hi Roisin, please add my Account ID to the list as well - am currently trying to evaluate Hubspot for use in my firm and this is a key part we need.  The rest looks good so far Smiley Happy
