Outlook Rendering Issue

SOLVE

After downloading a custom template from the Marketplace and spending a lot of time making it beautiful, upon the test I find that Outlook has messed up the rendering and added lines around images where they should not appear.

Here is a preview link, and the images below show the rendering issues in Outlook. Any suggestions are GREATLY appreciated!!

Outlook Rendering Issue

Yes! I called HubSpot Support directly and they were able to implement a fix.

Instead of applying the red background to the entire table, they adjusted the code to only apply the background to the individual cell, eliminating the "overflow" that was causing the red line to appear.

Thank you for your response!

Outlook Rendering Issue

Hi @AnnHoltzapple,

I guess you might have made sort of changes after posting the question. For the outlook issue on the desktop, it is showing properly. But for mobile, I found the view is not responsive.

In addition, here is a similar template as yours http://trooinbound-3927798.hs-sites.com/-temporary-slug-ceaf2fff-a168-490d-a404-caf37935c5ad?hs_prev...

If you are interested to use that template contact us will provide support and full customization which will works on all Major ESPs.

Let us know if I can help you further.

If your problem is resolved, marked it as Solved.

Thank you.
