Hello! I am Dessy from Indonesia, currently engaged in CRM Operations at a SaaS company. My role primarily focuses on data quality, analytics, and reporting. I specialize in adapting CRM systems for B2B sectors, which vastly differ from B2C setups. Lately, I've taken on a significant role within my organization, leading email automation and targeted campaign strategies for our revenue department, especially partnership teams.

Over the last five years, I've honed a comprehensive range of CRM skills, from basic user functions and administration to advanced data management and automation strategies. Despite our CRM team's size, with each department independently managing its CRM operations, I've navigated multiple roles that enhance our sales and marketing efforts through strategic data insights.

Joining this group marks a thrilling step for me to further enrich my CRM expertise. Previously I have worked in the health and Wellness industry also in the fashion industry and in the tech/education industry. In my former jobs I have had e-mail marketer specialist dedicated to catering to the emails, but in my current role my job is a mix up of everything; from advertising, creating content calendar, to email marketing- which is what led me to this course.
