I am Juan, I live in Victoria, BC, Canada.  I provide strategic digital marketing services to an Immigration Consulting Firm.  My services go from Social Media through Email Marketing, Inbound, webinars, etc.

Email marketing is one of my favorite tools, I love writing and creating valuable content, I think it is one of the best ways to educate, nurture and add value to a community.

Chrismas holiday emails are memorable emails, we developed 7 different emails and needed to send them out after 7 days. It was intense but was happy with the result. My goal for taking this course was learning how to be more personable through email communications and building the best relationships with clients and improving their overall customer retetion. In my opinion, I feel like personalized emails are the most memorable. For example, name recoginiton for whom the email is being sent to and making sure it contains information that is relevant to our company and resonates with the client so that way the word "SPAM" is out the window! I'm going to be taking a digital marketing bootcamp by USF pretty soon but I got excited and decided to dive in alittle early! Excited to be connected with you all!
