I've been working in digital marketing for more than 25 years. Email marketing is my favourite part of digital marketing. I was last working for a marketing agency where my role was digital advertising and data analytics and reporting. I didn't get much of a chance to work on email marketing campaigns so I'm doing the HubSpot certification to refresh my skills, learn about anything new that has evolved in this area, and upskill to become more employable.

I think what makes a memorable email is the a combination of random things. A few of them being
-the words "FREE", "CONGRATULATIONS", OR "WELCOME" being in the subject line
-the subject of what im about to open being intrriguing 
-the option to unsubcribe being easily visible at the foot of the email
