Marketing Email not seen in contact`s activity

Hi all -

we just recently sent out an Email to 100+ contacts. And with the normal bounces etc. all went fine. Never-the-less I am not able select the contacts that actually received, read or clicked the mail to build a new list nor can I see in the Contacts-Section if that respectice individual was on the list for that email shot. Am I loosing somthing here?

(Isn`t this the basic idea of HS-application – to track communication with the contact? Or must this be done manually. In that case I would definetly prefer Excel as CRM. :-)

Hi @Till1,

 

You should be able to view the recipients of the email within the email itself (under the recipients tab) or, you should be able to make a list based off of the criteria for "maarketing email activity". 

 

If you aren't seeing these options in your portal, please let me know. 

 

Additionally, if these are not what you are looking to accomplish, do you mind sharing a bit more information regarding what your end goal is and what information you are looking to gather.
