First off I have a question 😄 Can anyone tell me, how they handle contacts that blocked any further E-Mail contact. We have some, that eg. tell us via a call that they don't want to receive any further mails. How do you take precautions to that happening?
Hi, I'm new here as well. I'm pretty sure you need to have the required privacy policy in place and an unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email that makes it easy for people to stop receiving your emails. Unless you are just illegally spamming people?
No if course we are not illegally spamming people. I just have people that reach out via a call to tell me, that they don't want any further mails. Of course we do have the link in every mail!! I just wanted to know of there is another "manual" way to do it by hand.
