Looking to train an email marketer

I am the marketing manager for a hunting brand and also do all of our email marketing. I'm moving our company over to HubSpot and learning the program in the process. Once migrated, I intend to hire a full-time email/sms specialist onto the team, and I'm willing to train the right person.
