In my opinion and in this scenario, we are aiming to introduce ourselves to the target audiance.So, a subject line that makes the reader think and act , "What is in for me?" will make him open an email

It starts with selecting a SMART goal. Then putting together all the elements that will support this goal. A clear and consise title and preview are essencial. Keeping it short will improve the mobile view. Speak the audience language. Short and sweet copy with 1 clear CTA. Include good images if applicable.

A successful marketing email template is one that ensures all of its components are driving the reader to a clear and direct CTA. Use the five W's to ensure the goal of the email is clear, then ensure the email sections are aligned accordingly. The subject line, preview text and email copy should be clear, personalised and showing the value of the email's content. The email copy should be informed by the CTA. Where applicable, link images, hyperlink appropriate copy and edit the alt text of your images around the desired outcome/CTA.

repeat the call to action at the top and bottom areas, dont assume all will make it to the bottom so put any CTA link towards the top and bottom to drive it home.
use bolded and bullet point text for easy scanning
dont go too fancy or have too much variation in the areas of the edm, some consistency keeps it easier to read.
