A successful layout for a high performing email would be avoiding unnecessary explanations or sentences, avoiding message spams (1-2 mail a day should be enough), the message should be clear (,the reader shouldn't have to struggle to understand the message) and keep in mind the stages of each of your buyer personas

Don't send too many emails, as most people can only effectively manage about 50 emails per day. Sending too many emails can quickly overwhelm your subscribers and lead to them unsubscribing. For me, that would be the unsuccessful outcome.

In my opinion, a layout for a high-perfomrming email is a mix of different factors. From my training, the formost factor is my primary goal.
I must focus on the reason for my email in the first place. Tailor out how to personalize that goal and put myself on the same page as the reader to see reasons why that email is needed.
Second, I must optimize each of the factors in my goal to drive conversion from my reader.
As I learned, taking time to make my email creative is key. Short paragraphs, specific informations, good images and a clear CTA will go a long way.
And one last thing-I must make my email engaging and conversational.

For me, a high-performing email should have the following.
Lots of white space and a breaking up of the sentences. Almost creating single-sentence paragraphs or lines. A great subject line that hooks me in, and makes me want to read the email. A clear CTA someplace in the email. A PS line to give that little extra. A clear and compelling copy.

My Opinion- A High-performing email should have a layout that visually encourages the reader to continue reading. People already have short attention spans. The layout should make the email easier to read. It should enhance the experience of reading the email. It should be clean, cluster free and coherent. The reader's eyes should flow through the email just like that.
