describe what a successful marketing email template looks like.
first, we set the main goal using different ways like the 5ws or the SMART. when the goal is determined, we define who is the receiver exactly and what's the stage of the person in our marketing funnel. we determine the sender's email address as well as the receiver's.
after that, we write down the subline and the preview text. the shorter the better!
we start writing the email copy with clarity, purpose, and the primary goal in mind. while writing the copy we should pay attention to the tone to be right for the occasion. it is preferred to attach an engaging relevant image to the email also.
This is it. hopefully, we are done!

HubSpot Academy recommends the following components for a high-performance email layout:
It's essential to stick to one CTA. Concerning the CTA, three questions can be helpful:
What do I want the reader to do?
Why should they do it?
How will they know to do it?
I agree with all of those points. I'm swamped attending university, studying Digital Marketing here, and working long hours as a musician and singer. I delete emails with extended content and no white space.
Best,
I hope you have a pleasant day.

At Propchain the lowest-performing emails were our weekly newsletters. To address this problem we analyzed who was actually opening and reading the emails and only started sending the emails to these people. In addition, we began sending emails to groups of people who actually specifically asked for a certain kind of content.

The email should be personalized whenever possible. The subject should be short and include modern day wordage and emojis (when appropriate). The body should grab the reader's attention, addressing a want or need, and use graphics.

Given the fact that Gen Z audience is increasing daily, I think the usage of multimedia can impact the email's performance.

It needs to have a subject line that attracts the person to the email, it needs to have a custom intro with information from the prospect, also the body of the email has to move the lead toward my goal of sending this email to him, and at the end, we use a Custom outro like a postscript letting them know they can always reach of if they have additional questions

For a high-performance email, one should know his or her recipient. The current relation, the occupation, and mutual interests. I remembered experimenting last year with emails to different contacts from LinkedIn, trying to fill out the survey for the project. By knowing their relationship with me and their current occupation and knowing them as eligible to fill out the survey, I created a personalized email for them to fill out the form.
