A high-performing email will include the following:

1. You should set a clear goal for sending your email.

2. You should send your email from a personal "from" email. Otherwise, if you sent it from an info@...com email, it would come off as a generic type of email. You don't want that to happen.

3. The preview text and the subject line are key elements to your leads opening your email. If your email is not offering value to your leads and/or clients, it is likely to end up in the trashbin.

4. The body of your email should be clear and never be off-topic. There should be highlighted headlines, bullet points, etc. It should easy to read. The clearer the message, the better.

5. The CTA can be ornamented, but anything you add to it should fit a cell phone screen. It's been proved that over 40% of people open their emails on their phones.

6. A personal sign-off.

There are four primary sections to any email:

1.“From” address

2. Subject line

3. Email body text

4. Signature line (Footer)

The template should be consistent with brand image and visually attractive. Copy must give value and what's most important, there is a place for only one main CTA (according to the goal we have in mind). Also personalization is a good idea if adequate to the context.

P.S. To give an example, have a look at Zalando, you probably have some in your inbox. 😉

In my opinion, it should look something like this:

A great subject line to attract opening the email, a nice copy of what you are offering, and a visible CTA button, all put together in a nice design that is also relevant to the theme of the emailemail sample.JPG

Email marketing is the act of sending promotional messages to people in mass quantities. It typically is to generate sales or leads and it may contain advertising.

People are inundated with interruptions, pitches, and advertisements everywhere they look.

Though you might think your email is special. To the reader, your email is one in a million—and not in a good way.

This is why it’s important to remember where you are and use good manners.

Getting into someone’s inbox is like being invited to their home for dinner. If they ask you to take your shoes off, you respectfully do so.

To take advantage of high-performing email, the parts that make up the email in question must be well worked on. Specifically, it is necessary to take care of the three essential parts which compose it, namely: The header, the body and the call to action

In the first part, the company's corporate identity must be clearly stated. Set the context of the problem to be solved.
In the body of the email, it will be necessary to go to the basic problem to be solved, to detail the thorny parts that the prospects faces and to propose him the tracks of solution " It is in this part that the offer is detailed with all the possible benefits for the potential customer.
Finally, the call to action. This part is dedicated to the action that we would like the prospect to take after reading the email. It is this part that should allow the conversion of the prospect into a qualified lead.

Subject Line should be to the point and goal oriented.

The first line of text should be personalized to catch their attention. I would also use a word or phrase that makes someone feel good/happy if at all possible as that usually grabs my attention (ex. Hello X! Your hardwork...). The first line should also introduce the topic/goal.

Next, there should be a paragraph underneath it (white space) describing the WHY: why is this important to me, what will this do for me, when would this be helpful, etc. This should probably be about 3-4 sentences as it is the meat of the conversation.

Finally, the email should end with a call to action (the goal of the email). For example, if I want them to check something out, I should link it directly there as part of the word (not just copy and paste a website) as it looks more professional.

■ Subject line should be short , attention seeking, eye catching and directly related to your goal   that why  have you send it.

So chose your  word wisely!

■ Preview text should  related with your subject line must be interconnected with each other.

■ The Email must be short  and easy to digest Don't  try to use your class 4 ,5 essay words because this not gonna work believe me chose  simple easy and understandable  words so that your audience can engage with you

   ■ CTA must be exactly related to your goal of Email sending.

Like if you're goal is to increase your sales so your

Subject line : 50% off It's a surprise only for you!

  Hey ( first name)

Here's a gift for you  get this  coupan  use this code   and get yours 50% off ( Just for today).

So your CTA should be  Give me My50% off

P.S : It's just was an example  so that you could understand better hope it will be beneficial for  you guys .
