I am wondering if there's a way to associate an e-mail with more than one campaign (say, for example, a campaign targetted towards a particular week and one targetted towards a particular audience). It appears as though this is not possible; if this is true, can anyone suggest an alternate method one might go about this process with that could deliver similar data?
Q: Is there a way to associate an e-mail with more than one HubSpot campaign?
Short A: No. Takes a little re-wiring to think like an Orange Oompa Loompa (aka: HubSpotter). haha
Longer A:
As a HubSpot email is written to multiple products/services, events, timeframes, buyer personas, or combinations of the above the resulting intelligence data can easily become muddled and difficult to decipher in the performance stats. To help ease the reporting, we typically send separate similar (or cloned) emails to the different relevant lists. This has two HUGE advantages.
-1- Ease of understanding for those new to HubSpot reporting. Each email houses the performance data for a particular list (segment). No need to decypher anything. It's uber simple.
-2- Ease of understanding for seasoned HubSpot marketers. Since each email houses all of the relevant performance stats it only takes seconds (not minutes or hours) to figure out what's working and what's not.

A lot of marketers cite reporting as a HUGE pain. Just ask the guys at Databox -- a leading HubSpot Reporting Integration Partner headed by former HubSpot Sales VP, Peter Caputa.
They spoke with many agencies who stopped doing manual reporting (or never started) because, as Brian Moseley put it, "...clients stopped looking at the reports".
And we all know what happens when clients stop reading our reports! (not good)
What if we just want to include an email as a tactic to a campaign - not sending it to a separate list - but that it overlaps as a tactic in multiple campaigns?
You'll need to clone a separate email for your tactical use case and attach it to your campaign of choice. Individual emails cannot be associated with more than one HubSpot campaign.
