Yesterday, I sent an individual marketing email to a prospect. In the CRM, It shows that it was sent and delivered in ALL activities, however when trying to show just the emails I have sent to that person it says I have not emailed this person.
The emails tab on the contact record shows any tracked one-to-one/sales emails sent to the contact from your personal inbox - either manually or automatically by HubSpot. Marketing emails remain on the timeline in the activity tab and you can isolate these by changing the activity filter as shown here:
