I am new here. I work for a B2B service provider organization as an SDR. I sent around 15500 emails this year 2025. We had 2% positive responses. In each 100 emails, two people showed interest yet 2 or 3 only became actual clients ☹️.

Firstly, check the source of your leads to see if they are verifiable and active
Secondly, check the ISP of your company's emails, because if most of your target audience doesn't open your emails, your company's ISP is most likely low, making it highly impossible for your emails to land in your target audience's inboxes.
Thirdly, focus on the copy of your message; make your subject very catchy, relatable, humanized, and truthful. and the main content of the message should be clear with a CTA
