"View in browser" generic logo on tab

SOLVE

I am looking for some help in updating a place holder logo that is shown on the tab that is populated when viewing an email message in browser. I have seen this logo before in some of the default HubSpot templates, but I am not sure where to access this as an update.

Below is a screenshot of the issue. The first shows a generic logo, and the second is a tab with my website, where my proper logo is.

I should also note that when I shared the "view in browser" link with my team in Slack the populated caption also featured this generic logo.

Thanks in advance for checking it out!

Hi Ashleigh,

That's your website's favicon, this article here runs through how to edit that. If you don't notice any change I'd recommend clearing your browser's cache and reloading.

Anytime! If that works then I'd appreciate it if you could tick the "accept solution" button under my post, it'll help other HubSpot users who might run into the same issue 🙂
