SOLVE

I've a marketing campaign to send for 445 email (including lead customers and quailfied customers). But for some reason, none of them have sent successfully, all of 445 emails can not be send a single email due to the error ""The recipient previously unsubscribed from this subscription type [specific email type]". I'm pretty sure there is not type of errors, because if it is maybe just 2/3 of 445 of even 1/3 email can be sent, not all of of them can not be send.

SOLVE

@MKTStarGlobal have you converted all the contacts to Marketing Contacts? 

Have you subscribed all the contacts into the same Subscription as in the email?

SOLVE

Hi, so i had the same problem this Christmas as we wanted to send out some end of the year gifts to our clients. What you can do if you have contacts or even a list; you can go to more > edit communication subscriptions then a menu will open were you can let them opt in > set marketing information > (for this case) legitimate interest > write your reasoning. This way HubSpot will verify it too make sure.

SOLVE

@MKTStarGlobal The reason must be that the contacts are not subscribed in the correct subscriptions you set up in this Marketing email.

To resolve this, if it's a Regular email, you can clone this email (to create a new one with the same settings), go to Settings and find a subscription used there, like in the screenshot below.

 Then, you can have 2 options:

1. Change the subscription type to the one that these contacts subscribed to.

OR

2. Subscribe the list of these contacts into this type of subscription.

You can create a workflow triggered by this list, and another step - "Manage subscription communications" where you can choose a subscription used in this email and subscribe all contacts into this type of subscription.

 

After doing this, the email must be sent successfully.

@tverdokhlib1, I just changed the subcription type and try to send a test email for a 17 email, and still got 1/2 email can not be sent to.

I don't know the reason, in the last christmas email campaign, I've already clone and change with a new subcriptions but still can not send an email for them. So I tried to clone an old email campaign, this time its have more improve when I can sent to 1/2 of 17 emails test. But I want to send for all of them, do you have any more solutions for this?

@MKTStarGlobal have you converted all the contacts to Marketing Contacts? 

Have you subscribed all the contacts into the same Subscription as in the email?

@MKTStarGlobal You can click on these 8 Contacts and check the Activities. There must b e an error message with the reason of unsuccessful sending.
