"Edit Image" > "Clone and Edit" doesn't open Canva anymore?

Hello,

 

I'm currently using the Email Marketing tool.

 

I used to be able to clone an image and instantly modify it in the Canva integration, but now when I click on "Clone and Edit" it just opens a page that looks like this and creates a duplicate.

 

I attached 2 images to show what I see. I would like to clone this email banner and modify it with the Canva integration.

 

What am I doing wrong?

If an image has been cloned or modified within HubSpot, it is indeed specific to HubSpot and the changes made may not be reflected in Canva. As a result, it is not possible to edit the image directly in Canva from HubSpot. In this case, if you need to edit this particular image, you can do so in Canva separately. Simply download the image from HubSpot, make the necessary edits in Canva, and then re-upload the newly edited image back into HubSpot.
