when I write an email to a known contact with Outlook, the email doesn't get recorded in the hubspot contact

Does the email include your bcc address when you are sending it? If so, can you please send along screenshots and examples of sent emails with the bcc address, as well as the contact record in HubSpot.

Hi @marcomari,

The bcc address associated with your portal needs to be present in order for emails to log to your HubSpot CRM.
