@YHosono you can try, but there is no guarantee. An upgrade to paid will simply make it easier to discuss directly with HubSpot.

I connected my Gmail account to the inbox, but when I go to Inbox it doesn't show up, there are only options to add emails. What could I do to resolve this issue?)

That **bleep**. This is a super basic functionality for a marketing tool to have. Having another workflow would make maintenance a mess.
