I would like to schedule a marketing email to resend to any contacts who have recieved, but have not opened a previously sent email. Can anyone advise how I can do this?

When the marketing contacts are tagged on, then we can choose them as receiver of marketing mails. When we off-tag them, does this impact the history, or does is say they were marketing contacts?
