Can non-marketing contacts be included in a workflow, such as an abandoned cart one? Or do they need to be marked as marketing contacts to be added to the workflow?

We recently sent out a Marketing Email with a HubSpot video link. In the email reporting I can see how many people clicked on the video link, but I'd like to know how long they watched the video for - is it possible to find this info? thanks 🙂

Hi, I am creating an email with an embedded video (hosted by hubspot). Clicking the link to the video opens a new tab but the URL is not SSL - so not secure. There seems no way of changing the URL in the email.
