Currently marketing emails can be previewed as the recipient by adding email= utm to the preview link url. Is there any way to do that with custom objects (like custom_object_name=)?

I have a workflow to send mail series through some event triggered. Now, I want to skip sending email when it's a holiday or out of the working hour. May I set a list of holiday to make a skip on the workflow and how can I do that?
