I get a CC of all the emails that I send to clients thru HubSpot. When I open these emails in my "sent" folder, activity seems to think the client has opened the email (though it is me). Thus the activity is showing incorrect information. How can we avoid or fix this ?
Thanks for the pointer. I have included my current IP, it took 5mins to take effect. But since mine is a dynamic IP I need to pretty much repeat this everyday. I am wondering if someone can confirm if there are APIs available from HubSpot to make these changes. I can write a small watchdog program that updates my blocker list (calling HubSpot API if there is one) automatically whenever my IP changes.
