Workflows Should NOT include Archived Automated EmailsSOLVE

Right now, we are trying to set up our marketing workflows. When setting up our workflows and trying to insert an automated email into the workflow, all of our OLD ARCHIVED automated emails are still showing! It's extremely difficult to sort through old archived emails when all you are looking for are the fresh, new emails. Archive should mean ARCHIVED! Now I have to manually log BACK into all of the archived emails and put "archive" in front of them so I can differentiate between the new and the old emails on the backend. I need the data from these emails, otherwise deleting them would be an option.
