Hi! We have a workflow of 8 emails. We would like subscribers who engage with any 3 of the 8 emails from the workflow to go into another mini-workflow. I know you can set a trigger if they engage with a specific email, but is there a way to set up the trigger if they engage with any 3 of the 8 emails? Thanks in advance! - M.
You could but it would be very manual and cumbersome to setup. For instance, you could create a custom number/score property and a list to check for that number/score. After each email put a delay step. If they engage with the email before the next is sent, use a step to increase/decrease a property value. Then a subsequent check if they have the list membership with that score >= 3 and you remove them from the workflow at that point.
