Workflow if/then branch validation when Email is opened




I have a workflow that goes like this:
1) Trigger based on contact Properties
2) Send Email "AAA"
3) Delay
4) if/then Branch when contact opens Email "AAA"

The problem here is that it always goes with "yes" even though the contact never opens the Email "AAA".

Any ideas what the problem might be?

How are you sending this "AAA" email?


HubSpot has had some issues in the past with sending emails with the outlook extension. More information about this issues is available here. In general I like to recommend reading this resource for more background information about how email tracking in HubSpot works.

I´ve got some ideas with both of your links but i still can´t figure out why it always takes the "Yes" branch as if my contacts had opened the email (I´m sure they haven´t opened since I´m using personel contacts).

I'm using the Chrome Extension.
