Workflow | Send Internal Marketing Email | To Non HubSpot User

SOLVE

Hi Team,

 

We are working with Trustpilot to automate them sending an verified review email to our new customers. They need to send it directly from them for it to be "verified". 

 

Their recommended process is for us to create a trigger event by sending an "internal marketing email" to our TrustPilot email address (not an actual used account) after our confirmation emails are sent (so it would be a new step in the workflow). 

 

However, we have a problem!

 

I can only send an "internal marketing email" to established users or teams in our HubSpot account. I can't manually enter in a new destination email address. 

 

I cannot have this email address as a HubSpot user since it is a non usable email address so no one can "verify" the HubSpot account activation email. 

 

Trustpilot showed us this option which doesn't seem to exist any longer:

Step 3b doesn't show for me. 

 

Any thoughts / help?

This option is still available for me and working:

Can you confirm that you're in a contact-based workflow? This option is only available in contact-based workflows. If not, you would have to rebuild your automation to be contact-based.
