Workflow From Address & Signature

SOLVE

I setup a workflow that has emails automatically being sent out from my "Hubspot Fallback Email", that also has a signature associated with it.
When the automatic email is sent out, the signature isn't included; just the footer.

How do I get the email sent with the signature and the footer not attached?

@MRozeski the signature you're referring to is for 1:1 emails, not marketing emails. If you want to create a "signature" in a marketing email, you'll have to either make a standard one for all, or use smart content to make a signature based on contact record owner.

Hi @MRozeski

Could you please send out the more screenshot or information that what exactly you are looking?
You can use the signatures in 1:1 email and for marketing email you need to add signature in a master template.

Workflow From Address & Signature

SOLVE

Hello @MRozeski , thank you for posting in our Community!

What type of email you are sending in our Workflow, usually includes signatures, we recommend a sequence.

If we would like our Sequence emails to have our signature, we would need to add our email signature within HubSpot CRM. To do so, we can follow these steps mentioned in our knowledge base here:

  • In your HubSpot account, click the settings icon in the main navigation bar.
  • In the left sidebar menu, navigate to General.
  • Click the  Email tab
  • In the Configure section, click Edit email signature.
  • Enter your signature in the text box. In the Simple editor, use the icons to format the text, insert a link, or insert an image. Or, click HTML and edit the HTML of your signature.

To our top experts, @mangelet @DGarg @danmoyle any recommendations to @MRozeski matter?

Thank you,

Pam

Workflow From Address & Signature

SOLVE

I am sending out a timed email based on a delay trigger within a workflow.

I am using an email address that has a signature but it doesn't show up in the emails when it is sent out.
